New Web Projects on the Macmillan English Campus
| New Web Projects What do writer Philip Pullman, bacteriologist Alexander Fleming and composer Andrew Lloyd Webber have in common? Web projects provide a refreshing and stimulating way to improve your students’ research skills, while also giving them access to authentic, up-to-date language. Their activities are equally suitable for use in the classroom or for follow-up work. Web projects are also very easy to use: each one contains an introductory text on a specific topic and a group of related web links. Students simply need to click on the links provided by the exercise, and they are taken to external websites, carefully chosen for their content and language.
All the external websites are frequently checked by the English Campus editorial team, so teachers never need to worry about the content being made unavailable or becoming obsolete - and with the newly added topics ranging from the history of the Nobel Prize to the Formula One Championship, there is something for every interest. And don’t forget the free training. _______________________________________________________________________ If you'd like to know more about any aspect of the English Campus, please contact: Jane Petrie |
